Breath~Body~Mind is a unique fusion of breath, movement and meditation techniques derived from yoga, Qi Gong, orthodox Christian monks, Buddhism, and modern science. These powerful self-regulation techniques relieve anxiety, improve focus and increase well-being.

Coherent Breathing, Victory Breathing, and Breath Moving enhance and optimizes brain, heart, and lung function while stimulating the healing, calming, recharging parts of the nervous system. Open Focus meditation can be used to relieve physical and emotional pain.
